My name is Jess I specialize in Sports Remedial Massage. With 13 years experience working with a range of elite athletes including the Manly Marlins Rugby team, Manly United Soccer team, sponsored mountain bikers, skiers/snowboarders, ironman/ultra-marathon athletes, surfers and many more.
Experienced in rehabilitation from major injuries/reconstructive surgeries, disc pathologies, acute/chronic pain, pre/post-natal massage/Pilates, myofascial release and deep tissue massage. Additional training in personal training and Pilates.
